Requests…

Ok so one of my readers asked in an email (yeah they know me in the real world) if I might be interested in putting in a little something so I could get requests from readers. Be it a topic, a game review, or some other random need they think my blog can fill.

So, since I am doing this at the minimum possible effort… I decided to add a page.

Yeah, that’s it. This wont be private, and it may not be pretty, but it’s a place readers can put requests in. Just drop down put in a comment, and know that I will read it. I may not do anything about it but I will read it :).

Oh and if you are reading this X, yeah I will get to your request, sooner or later. 🙂

How about reviewing Rolemaster (or Rollmaster as it’s sardonically known)? That’s a game system I have pretty minimal experience with and would be interested to read about.

Just a general bump here…a request to write anything at all 🙂

Do you have any experience with Minotaur Games, the personal company of Jason Bulmahn, lead designer over at Paizo? He puts out these little 4 – 6 page PDFs that go into depth on various specific elements, like a specific monster, rule, or terrain. They look like they could be pretty cool, just wondering if you have any thoughts on them.

Here’s a question I’d like to hear your thoughts on: with the incredible popularity of video games now how do you feel that’s affected tabletop RPGs? I’m totally out of the tabletop scene so I don’t have any idea. Are people more power game-y/dungeon crawly/Diablo-ish nowadays, or are there still good roleplayers out there? (Not that those are mutually exclusive but you know what I mean)

Interesting topic, I think that deserves a rant post at the very least.
